We held the wedding for our only daughter in The Arroyo Room just a few weeks ago and hired Excalibur Catering Company for the reception. The entire evening was...MAGIC! Every detail had been attended to - and the food was so fantastic that our friends and relatives are still talking about it! The tables were set to perfection. The hors d'oeuvres were fabulous. The venue was unbelievable - the disco ball cast a gorgeous hue upon the ballroom and helped create a night that we will never forget. Throughout the evening our caterer took care of EVERYTHING for us and she and her staff did it all with a smile. I can't say enough about how happy that night made our whole family. It was such an important evening for us all and now it will go down in the history of our family as one of the most beautiful nights of our lives. Thank you, Sandy.
